1. Don't chase the hot thing, whatever it is. It's like chasing a wave, which you're never gonna ride properly! Instead, position yourself for the next big wave by following your passion or doing what you like! (Missionary instead of Mercenary)
2. Start with the customer and work backwards!
3. Low margin businesses 'allow' you to
- focus on creating real value for the customer
- eliminate waste in a more efficient way
